To make a purchase of the Takara Detox Foot Patches for example you would visit that product description page, toward the bottom of the Takara description page you would find the Add to cart 
links to the right side of the product price.

Once a product is added to your cart and you enter the system the following options are available under the product description:

Your Billing Location where you receive your bank or CC statements
Shipping Address (leave empty if same as billing address)

If already a member of our store you may follow the highlighted link below and the above information will be filled in for you:

Registration is not necessary you may simply fill in the required information without creating an account with a user name and password, registering would save you from entering your information on every visit.

After choosing your preferred method of payment and clicking on the Continue Graphic link the next page to appear will be an order summary, please check all entries here and make sure there is no errors that would delay delivery. The following options will be available:

Change payment method (Your chosen Payment Method will be listed above your order details)
