Product Return / Cancellation Policy

Return policy:
If unsatisfied with any product purchased through JeffOtto.com, please request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return product via your choice of shipping service within 30 days from receipt for a refund of purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Requesting a RMA number is accomplished by filling out the form on our contact page and selecting RMA request under the "Please select type of enquiry:" drop down box. Please note, the return policy for our fuel saving technologies is outlined in the terms and conditions of our "Savings Warrantee". The product must be in resalable condition in the original packaging. For your protection, insure returns for the full value of the purchase price. Your adjusted refund amount will be processed with-in 5 business days of receipt of item(s) in resalable condition.
Cancellation policy:
Some customers have been placing orders "on a whim" then changing their minds. This has become very costly forcing us to adopt this “Cancellation Policy” to keep our pricing as low as possible for all. Reason; all orders are automatically processed through one of our secure merchant processors and sent to the supplier for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be cancelled for various reasons, we are no longer able to offer a refund free of charge.
A cancellation request must be received with-in 72 hours of order placement and, if granted, will be accessed a 25% cancellation fee, up to a maximum of $100.00 US. Allow 5 business days for us to process your cancellation request while we investigate the status of your shipment with our supplier. If we authorize a refund, and are unable to intercept shipment with our supplier, by accepting the refunded amount you hereby agree to return the item(s) unopened at your expense to our customer service location at JeffOtto.com Ltd, 9393 N. 90th St. #102 pmb 258, Scottsdale, Arizona [85258].
Even if a cancellation request has been received with-in the stated 72 hour time frame and we are unable to intercept or cancel that shipment with our supplier your cancellation request will be denied. No cancellation request will be honored after the 72 hour period and your only option at that point is to await delivery and return your unwanted item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy procedures stated above.

PayPal's Money Back Guarantee
Safeguard your online purchases with PayPal's Money Back Guarantee. When you make a payment on the PayPal website, you can now buy a Money Back Guarantee to protect your purchase of physical goods on selected transactions. If you purchase the Money Back Guarantee, you will have the option to return your merchandise to PayPal in exchange for a reimbursement (not including the Guarantee fee), provided that you file a complete reimbursement request within 30 days of payment.
The Money Back Guarantee will only be offered on physical goods transactions for less than $1,000 with selected sellers. PayPal may take additional criteria into account in deciding whether to offer the Money Back Guarantee on a particular transaction. You will know if a transaction qualifies when you get to the Confirm Payment Details page. If we are offering the Money Back Guarantee, you will see a check box quoting the price of the Guarantee for that transaction. Just click on the box before you send payment.

Filing a Reimbursement Request
If you purchased Money Back Guarantee and would like to file a request for reimbursement, just log in to your PayPal account and go to the Security Center link in the footer of any PayPal page, and click on the Reimbursement Request Form link in the 'For Buyers' column.
